It needed as late as Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase exceeding 300, reclaiming their record for the largest in the female 50-over format, is, honestly, a testament to the bowlers that have represented Australia over the past 50 years.
It's difficult for their batsmen to maintain a record if never given the opportunity.
Finally, the outcome of Australia giving up 330 runs was skipper Alyssa Healy getting a chance to produce her latest masterpiece.

"Ideally we won't need to do it again but, should it happen, we are confident we can succeed."
That comment will be the ultimate thing competing nations at this tournament need to hear.
Over the past five days a feeling they will succeed regardless of circumstances has become more firm - this triumph following win against Pakistan by 107 runs despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.
Subsequently Australia meet Bangladesh before a match against traditional opponents England in Indore in 10 days, by which point a semi-final place may well be secure.
